Send crypto

  1. On the Wallet tab, select Send, then choose the token in Select crypto.

  2. In Recipient, paste the address, select Scan to read a QR code, or pick from Recents, Accounts or Address book. Some networks also ask for a Tag, Payment ID or Note; exchanges often require one. Select Next.

  3. Enter the amount, or select Max, then select Preview.

  4. On Transaction confirm, check the recipient, the amount and the Est. network fee. To change the fee, choose Slow, Normal, Fast or Custom.

  5. Select Confirm. M5wallet shows Transaction submitted.

Follow the transaction in WalletHistory, where it shows as Pending until it succeeds or fails.

  • “This address resembles a previously used address but it is different. Verify carefully before sending.” The recipient looks like an address in your address book but isn’t the same one. Check every character.
  • Insufficient funds for network fees: you need some of the network’s own coin, such as ETH on Ethereum, to pay the fee. Select Receive to top up first.

Where the network allows it, a pending transaction in History offers Speed up, which pays a higher fee, and Cancel.
