The extension shows only its logo and never opens
Section titled “The extension shows only its logo and never opens”Update to the latest version of M5wallet. If you installed the extension manually, follow the update steps in Install M5wallet: replace the files in the same folder and reload. Don’t remove the extension, because that deletes the wallets stored in it.
Google sign-in doesn’t finish
Section titled “Google sign-in doesn’t finish”- Finish signing in within 5 minutes. After that, the sign-in window closes and you have to start again.
- Sign in with the same Google account you used when you created the wallet.
- If M5wallet asks for a PIN you don’t remember, see Reset your PIN.
I can’t find Market, Perps or the browser
Section titled “I can’t find Market, Perps or the browser”They’re in the full-tab view. In the extension popup or side panel, open the menu and select Expand view.
A network shows no balance
Section titled “A network shows no balance”- Check that the right account is selected.
- For an imported wallet, try another derivation path.
- M5wallet doesn’t show balances yet on Polkadot and the other Polkadot-ecosystem networks, Cardano, Kaspa, Conflux, Nervos, Alephium, Nexa, Neurai, Dynex, SCDO, BenFen, Neo N3 or Lightning. Your funds are still on the blockchain; you can check them in that network’s block explorer.
My hardware wallet won’t connect

I forgot my passcode
