Receive crypto

1. On the Wallet tab, optionally pick a network with the selector at the top, then select Receive.

   If the wallet isn’t backed up yet, M5wallet asks you to back it up first.

2. Select Receive transfer.

3. In Select crypto, choose what you want to receive. If it exists on several networks, choose one in Select network.

4. Share the QR code, or select the address to copy it.

Use the matching network

The page reminds you to send only that network’s assets to this address. Crypto sent over a different network can be lost.

Address types

Some networks, such as Bitcoin, have more than one address format. Select Select address type to switch. If you haven’t used that type before, select Create address.

Hardware wallets

For a hardware wallet, the address stays hidden until you select Verify on device. Check that the address on the device’s screen matches before you share it.
